With this Bayou Classic beauty, you can deep fry like a professional. Built with 12-guage solid painted steel, this fryer comes with a fixed side shelf, a cart and 3 stainless steel fry baskets with cool-touch handles. Featuring a v-bottom design that’s mean to keep the base oil temperature cooler than the surface temperature which in turn prevents batter scorching and keeps the oil cleaner longer.
Also included with this product is a temperature gauge, drain valve with rubber hose, rubber wheels, hook mount for the propane tank, locking casters, and a stainless steel braided hose with 10 psi regulator.
