Cajun Barbecue Return Policy
We at Cajun Barbecue pride ourselves on superb customer service and promise that we will do our absolute best to take care of you and your barbecue needs. Very rarely will you not get a response from us within a few hours. If you have ANY questions, call us or send us an e-mail. You won't be disappointed!
Refunds on Shipping Costs:
If your purchase is broken or does not function properly we will handle your return and send a new item at no cost to you. However, if you desire a return on an item in a situation that our service is clearly not at fault, we will not refund shipping costs. We will not refund your shipping costs if:
- The customer orders the wrong item and wants a return.
- The proper item is shipped and functions correctly, but the customer does not like their purchase.
- The customer improperly enters shipping information and the item ships to the wrong address.
- The item is purchased as a gift and the giftee doesn't like the item.
- ... and any other reason for a return that is not the fault of Cajun Barbecue, LLC.
RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE THAT ARE NOT THE FAULT OF CAJUN BARBECUE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
We do process returns for the situations above, but shipping charges will NOT be refunded. However, if we make a mistake we do handle the shipping charges. It is unfair for our company to pay shipping back and forth for shipments if the customer is at fault.
