- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders generally ship within 48 business hours. For example, if you place an order on Monday afternoon, the product will be shipped no later than Wednesday afternoon, while an order placed on Saturday morning will be shipped by Tuesday morning.
- If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, you will be notified by our Customer Service department to determine the best course of action for your individual situation.
- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns for a variety of reasons, but no returns will be issued after 30 days.
Reasons for returns are as follows:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defected, please contact email@example.com, and we will either have a replacement product sent to you or provide a full refund.
- If you need to return a product as a result of our error (i.e., you receive the incorrect product), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have verified your order, we will have the correct product sent to you immediately. We will also contact you to arrange the return of the incorrect item.
- Returns based on other reasons will be accepted so long as the product is in the original manufacturer's box. These returns will receive a refund, minus costs for shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
