Easy to Use
1. Place a small amount of wood in the AmeriQue's wood box and load the product.
2. Probe the meat, close the smoker's door, set the temperature with the digital controller, and leave it alone until you are ready to eat.
3. And don't worry about how much wood to use or how long to smoke the food. The AmeriQue comes with an operator's manual and a cookbook that will guide you.
4. With its four - 3” sturdy, locking casters the AmerQue is easy to move and position.
5. Clean up is a snap. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a self-contained stainless steel drip pan.
