Easy to Use
1. Place a small amount of wood in the SuperSmoker's wood box and load the product.
2. Shut the door, set the temperature, and leave it alone until it is time to come out. If you are using the meat probe, the meat will be cooked to a precise internal temperature.
3. Don't worry about how much wood to use or how long to smoke the food. The SuperSmoker comes with an operator's manual and a cookbook that will guide you.
4. Clean up is a snap! Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a pan which can be washed and reused, or discarded.
